The Epic Tapestry SME will provide subject matter expertise for Epic Tapestry implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring and testing solutions, and aligning system functionality with healthcare payer workflows. The role will collaborate with clients, project teams, and clinical or operational stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions. It will also support documentation, training, and best practices throughout the engagement.
