Sr. Director, Strategic Consulting (Financial Modeling)

The Sr. Director, Strategic Consulting will lead financial modeling and business case development for complex loyalty and customer engagement programs. This role will translate client data into multi-year investment cases, scenario analyses, ROI projections, and actionable program recommendations. Partnering with strategy, analytics, technology, and client services teams, the director will present insights to senior stakeholders and guide executive-level decisions. The position will also oversee project delivery, strengthen modeling frameworks, develop industry benchmarks, and provide thought leadership across client engagements.
