HR BP/HRD (Core Business Unit)

The HR BP/HR Director will partner with the Core Business Unit’s globally distributed teams to align people strategy with business goals and financial targets. Responsibilities include overseeing staffing, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, engagement, retention, succession planning, and HR policy implementation. The role will also manage workforce metrics, payroll budgets, compensation and benefits operations, and HR analytics while supporting managers and employees.
