Partner Manager, Automattic for Agencies

The Partner Manager will grow Automattic’s agency ecosystem by developing strategic relationships that generate leads and drive joint revenue. This role owns agency account management, including go-to-market planning, business reviews, retention, training, and partner enablement. Success requires recruiting and onboarding aligned agencies, building internal champions, and collaborating cross-functionally on sales, marketing, product, and support initiatives. The manager will also gather market insights, advocate for partner needs, and represent the company at industry and partner events.
