Staff Software Engineer (SRE)

The Staff Software Engineer, SRE will lead efforts to build and maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure for Phantom’s products and services. This role focuses on automation, observability, performance, capacity planning, and incident response across critical systems. Working with engineering and security teams, the engineer will establish reliability practices, improve operational efficiency, and guide technical decisions for highly available platforms.
