Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Recommendation Systems - Quora (Remote)

Lead the design and development of machine learning systems that power Quora’s recommendation and content discovery experiences. Drive strategy for ranking, personalization, retrieval, and experimentation while improving relevance, engagement, and user satisfaction. Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate business goals into scalable solutions and mentor engineers across the organization. Own complex technical initiatives from research and prototyping through production deployment and ongoing optimization.
