Senior Full Stack Application Developer

Job Description:

• Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs
• Analyze, design, and write specifications and requirements for program development
• Evaluate existing systems and programs
• Assist the project manager in assigning tasks and work closely with the team
• Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects
• Validate program requirements and resolve arising issues
• Develop test plans and participate in QA activities, including code reviews
• Participate as a member of a development team and lead a small developer sub-team as needed
• Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience developing and supporting applications using JCL, Java, C, C++, C#, and .NET technologies
• 6+ years of working knowledge of RDBMS databases, SQL, Oracle, Linux environments, testing tools, test scripting, and IDEs such as Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including source code management, object-oriented design, and development methodologies
• Ability to design and implement solution components, contribute to solution architecture, and provide effort estimates
• Experience supporting Medicaid programs, including eligibility and enrollment processes
• Exposure to AI tools and technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel
• Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation
