The SDR, Growth will build Decile Group’s pipeline of emerging fund managers through creative outbound, social, community, and experimental growth channels. This role will generate qualified meetings, rapidly test and scale effective acquisition strategies, and build a compelling presence on X and LinkedIn. You will also create AI agents and automations to increase prospecting efficiency and share growth insights across the company.
