Director of Medicaid Services - REMOTE

The Director of Medicaid Services provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of Medicaid external quality review contracts and state programs. This role oversees contract performance, customer relationships, budgets, staffing, risk management, and the timely delivery of accurate, high-quality work. The Director leads and develops project managers and staff while coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting process improvement, and advising on project execution. The position also contributes to business development, proposal activities, and organizational planning while serving as a senior liaison to Medicaid agencies and other stakeholders.
