Remote Case Manager (RN) - Texas

Insight Global is hiring an experienced Telephonic RN Case Manager for a permanent opportunity with a leading insurance company supporting injured employees throughout their treatment, recovery, and return-to-work process.

Important: Applicants must currently reside in Texas.

Position Details

• Salary: $80,000 - $88,000 base salary
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Location: Remote within Texas
• Work Schedule: Standard full-time business hours (*Candidates located near Dallas may be asked to work onsite approximately 1–2 times per month).

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate medically necessary, cost-effective care for injured employees
• Partner with adjusters, healthcare providers, employers, and other stakeholders
• Manage treatment plans and document case activity
• Support timely recovery, return-to-work efforts, and claim resolution
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Texas
• Active Texas Compact RN license
• Approximately 8 years of clinical nursing experience
• At least 3+ years of case management experience
• BSN or equivalent professional experience
• CCM certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 6–12 months of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of workers’ compensation, utilization review, injury management, and return-to-work practices

• Base salary ranging from $80,000 - $88,000 annually, commensurate with experience
