You have3+ years of professional experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive securityHands-on experience with tools like Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, BloodHound, Impacket, Cobalt Strike/Sliver, or HashcatNice to have: OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, CPTS, GPEN, GXPN, or similar
