Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

• Drive Orderly’s marketing initiatives across social media, community channels, and external communications to strengthen brand awareness and engagement across the Web3 ecosystem
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, Web3 projects, protocols, and ecosystem partners
• Identify and execute collaboration and co-marketing opportunities
• Develop and coordinate external-facing content, including partnership announcements, campaign launches, and product updates
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and community initiatives with internal teams and external partners
• Monitor Web3 industry trends, community discussions, and competitor activities
• Track marketing performance using engagement, audience growth, referral traffic, and other metrics
• Optimize future marketing initiatives based on campaign data and audience insights
• Independently drive initiatives from planning and partner outreach through execution and performance review
• Collaborate with teammates and external partners across countries, cultures, and time zones

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, community management, partnerships, or a related field, preferably within Web3, crypto, DeFi, or fintech
• Good understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including crypto communities, KOLs, DeFi projects, and industry trends
• Proven ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives, manage multiple projects, and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Experience identifying and building relationships with KOLs, influencers, external partners, or web3 projects is a strong plus
• Strong content creation and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to different audiences
• Familiarity with social media management, community engagement, KOL marketing campaigns, and marketing performance tracking
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment
• Familiarity with DEXs, perpetual trading, or crypto trading infrastructure is a plus
• Experience developing trading systems or financial-related products is a plus
