Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager will lead a cross-functional team of 7–10 backend, frontend, QA, and automation engineers. This role oversees end-to-end feature delivery, development planning, backlog prioritization, and collaboration with Product. Responsibilities include contributing to technical decisions and ensuring service reliability through monitoring, alerting, incident reviews, and postmortems. The position focuses on building scalable products using microservices, observability practices, and Agile delivery methods.
