Senior ML Engineer

The Senior ML Engineer will define machine learning strategy and connect technical initiatives to business objectives. This role focuses on post training and adaptation of large language models, including dataset development, fine tuning, preference optimization, and evaluation frameworks. You will design agentic systems, multi agent workflows, tool integrations, and dialogue quality improvements covering memory, safety, persona consistency, and emotional intelligence. Productionizing reliable, observable, and cost effective ML systems will directly support user experience, retention, and monetization.
