Staff Project Engineer - Grid Scale

The Staff Project Engineer will lead the technical definition and delivery of grid-scale linear generator projects serving utilities, data centers, and other large loads. Responsibilities include integrating electrical, mechanical, civil, controls, fuel, and utility systems; guiding equipment selection, interconnection studies, protection, controls, and code compliance. The role partners with customers, engineering firms, contractors, and internal teams to review designs, resolve technical issues, support permitting and procurement, and maintain project schedules. This position also leads grid compliance demonstrations, commissioning, energization, and process improvements across the growing project delivery organization.
