Engineering Manager, Machine Learning

The Engineering Manager, Machine Learning will lead the development and delivery of machine learning systems that support Apella’s products and technology platform. This role will guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, and foster effective collaboration across engineering, product, and research teams. Responsibilities include overseeing model development, deployment, performance, and reliability while ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with business and user needs.
