Coordinator, Training Center Operations

Description

Columbus Crew is seeking a Coordinator, Training Center Operations. This position will ensure safe and effective operations of Historic Crew Stadium & Ohio Health Performance Center, including the day-to-day management of all stadium functions. The ideal candidate for this role will be a leader and team player to advance the mission and the vision of the Columbus Crew and Haslam Sports Group. This is a full-time, on-site position in Columbus, Ohio.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead role for Columbus Crew 2 matchday operations including event management, event readiness, in match stadium operations, and event reset.


• 
  Lead oversight of Stadium Operations Assistant position at Historic Crew Stadium & Ohio Health Performance Center
  
  
  
  • Including hiring, scheduling, and staff development
  
  
  
  


• Manage the day-to-day task list for Historic Crew Stadium.


• Lead role for Event changeover for Historic Crew Stadium & Ohio Health Performance Center


• Provide operational support and staff needed for special events, festivals & concerts, game days, or hospitality functions.


• Assist the daily building functions of Ohio Health Performance Center


• Manage Stadium Operations PM schedule and work order identification


• 
  Assist with the development, management and updating of department policies and procedures.
  
  
  
  • Aid in the monitoring and executing of necessary building inspections.
  
  
  
  


• Other duties/tasks as assigned

Educations and/or Experience

• 1-2 years of experience within Stadium Operations or Facility Management is preferred.


• Detail oriented and highly organized


• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in high-stress, live event situations


• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
