Job Description:

Provide UKG Pro solution consulting and architecture leadership
Design HCM integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, middleware/iPaaS, event-based and batch interfaces
Lead integrations with ADP Payroll and Workday Timekeeping
Integrate UKG Pro with IAM, Finance/ERP, Benefits, Talent, ServiceNow or similar HR service platforms, and data/analytics platforms
Define enterprise, application, integration, data, security and API architecture
Develop cloud and SaaS architecture
Model systems of record and data ownership
Run architecture governance and act as design authority
Lead architecture discussions with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, IT, Security, Integration and business stakeholders
Work across functional HR and technical architecture domains
Support large HCM implementations or platform consolidations end to end

Requirements:

10+ years in HCM/HR technology and enterprise solution architecture
5+ years of hands-on UKG Pro experience, ideally in architecture or solution leadership roles
Experience delivering in a complex enterprise landscape where UKG Pro, ADP and Workday coexist
Experience working with global HR organizations spanning multiple countries and legal entities
Deep knowledge of People Center / Core HR and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
Working experience across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Document Management, People Assist and Reporting & Analytics
Strong grasp of UKG Pro security, roles, workflows, employee data, organizational structures and integrations
Experience designing HCM integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, middleware/iPaaS, event-based and batch interfaces
Experience with data transformation and mapping, integration monitoring and reconciliation
Mandatory integration with ADP Payroll and Workday Timekeeping
Experience integrating with IAM, Finance/ERP, Benefits, Talent, ServiceNow or similar HR service platforms, and data/analytics platforms
Knowledge of enterprise, application, integration, data, security and API architecture
Knowledge of cloud and SaaS architecture
Experience with system-of-record and data-ownership modeling
Experience running architecture governance and acting as design authority
Comfortable across functional HR and technical architecture domains
Ability to lead architecture discussions with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, IT, Security, Integration and business stakeholders
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and written communication
UKG Pro certifications preferred
Hands-on experience with an iPaaS platform preferred
Experience with HR data privacy regulations such as GDPR and regional equivalents preferred
Prior experience leading large HCM implementations or platform consolidations end to end preferred
Must have UKG Pro skills
