Associate GTM Recruiter

Job Description:

• Support hiring for Constructor's Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
• Maintain an accurate and active candidate pipeline in Ashby
• Advance candidates through stages, maintain clean data, and identify stalled processes
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
• Provide clear, timely candidate communication and a positive candidate experience
• Identify hiring-process friction and suggest improvements
• Use AI to draft outreach, summarize interview notes, and accelerate research
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Claude, Juicebox, and internal hiring data
• Own a smaller candidate funnel from sourcing through screening, scheduling, and offer closing

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or another candidate- or client-facing role
• SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and persistent follow-up
• Highly organized and able to identify issues before they become problems
• Strong written communication skills
• Trustworthy with sensitive compensation and candidate information
• Low ego and high curiosity; motivated to learn recruiting
• Able to work with candidates and hiring managers across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM time zones
