Role

Agentic AI Design Engineer responsible for leading and executing core 0-to-1 initiatives in agentic AI. The role requires translating high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in agentic AI domains.
• Translate strategic vision into detailed execution roadmaps and milestones.
• Prototype quickly and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions to enable growth and potential spin-off opportunities.
• Drive critical technical and product milestones with high ownership and autonomy.

Requirements

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate/remote arrangements.
• High-agency, builder mindset with proven domain expertise and strong end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
