Senior Transport Officer At City Of Tshwane

Job purpose





To provide an affordable, safe, reliable and efficient bus service for all residents of Tshwane by planning, scheduling, dispatching, coordinating and monitoring driver movement support to the specialised unit





Appointment requirements





Grade 12

A three-year career-related tertiary qualification (national diploma or degree) in Transport Management or a study field related to the position will be an added advantage

At least two years' experience in a transport-related planning and scheduling environment

A valid Code EC1(04), EC, C1(04) or C driving licence with a valid PrDP

Computer literacy

Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

Willingness and ability to work shifts and after hours as requested
