Volpe Service is seeking a motivated, dependable HVAC Installer to join our team. Our work focuses on commercial buildings, apartment-style developments, and select residential projects throughout Northern and Central New Jersey. Responsibilities

Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
Install ductwork, piping, equipment, and related components according to plans and specifications.
Perform equipment start-up and verify proper system operation.
Read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.

Qualifications

2–5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
EPA Certification is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Compensation: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
