About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the project's mine safety management systems running smoothly


• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site HSEQ team


• Enter and manage incident records in the safety databases


• Handle sensitive and confidential records with care


• Manage deadlines and competing priorities across the HSEQ function

About You

• At least one year in a similar role in mining or a related industry


• Highly capable with Microsoft Office


• Experience with incident management databases and HSE systems is highly regarded, particularly InControl INX, SafetyCulture and Power BI


• Strong organisation and attention to detail


• Good interpersonal skills and comfortable in a close-knit site team
