Head of People

The Head of People will lead VRChat’s lean People function and shape how the company attracts, develops, supports, and retains talent. This role partners with executives and managers on leadership alignment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, onboarding, and organizational development. The position will strengthen a trusted, inclusive, remote-first culture while using people insights, automation, and practical processes to improve employee and manager experience.
