Farm Services Manager — Astral Foods Ltd

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

Management of Farm Services teams and planning and controlling of Live Bird operations.
Managing all labour related issues such as discipline, recruitment, training, time and attendance.
Maximize production and ensure that work quality is at required standards.
Managing projects and planning of work schedules.
Reporting and budget control.
Managing Risk Control, Occupational Health and Safety, Bio-Security requirements and Standards as per relevant legislation and Astral Standard Operating Practices.
