CPT-11633 Construction Project Coordination via Buildertrend Virtual Assistant

Support construction operations by managing Buildertrend and Google Drive records, including plans, specifications, contracts, daily logs, schedules, and project correspondence. Coordinate subcontractor bids, purchase orders, invoices, vendor communications, and follow-ups to keep projects moving efficiently. Track insurance certificates, lien waivers, permits, entitlements, loan requirements, and other compliance documentation. Provide executive and back-office support through priority updates, deadline management, accurate trackers, and workflow improvements.
