Community Manager

The Community Manager will oversee day-to-day engagement and growth for multiple Mighty Pro communities, ensuring smooth operations and memorable member experiences. Responsibilities include onboarding Hosts, managing content, courses, challenges, events, newsletters, polls, and member communications in each brand’s voice. The role will also provide member support, moderate live experiences, use automations to improve navigation, and coordinate closely with Hosts and Community Strategists. By monitoring analytics and engagement trends, the Community Manager will refine programming and deliver actionable performance insights.
