eCW Business Systems Analyst

The eCW Business Systems Analyst will support, optimize, and enhance NeueHealth’s eClinicalWorks EHR and Practice Management systems. This role partners with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and IT teams to gather requirements, improve workflows, configure solutions, and resolve system issues. Responsibilities include documenting processes, supporting upgrades, conducting testing, developing reports, and training end users. The analyst will help ensure effective, compliant system operations across scheduling, billing, referrals, care coordination, and ambulatory healthcare workflows.
