Aviation Recruiter

Job Description:

• Assist the high-volume recruitment process by developing, implementing, and maintaining a creative recruiting strategy
• Bring in applicants through existing and new sources to provide an effective pool of candidates
• Grow the recruiting department by sourcing potential employers to grow clientele
• Facilitate and implement the staffing process with clients and applicants while complying with regulations
• Identify and evaluate qualified candidates to present to clients for review
• Recruit for all positions for current and future clients
• Form business partnerships with clients and serve as a point of contact for the staffing process
• Source requisitions appropriately for assigned positions
• Develop and maintain relationships with applicants throughout the staffing process
• Conduct candidate interviews with the hiring team
• Source qualified candidates
• Use an applicant tracking system
• Assist with external recruiting events
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
• 2 years minimum of experience with progressing responsibility
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and/or candidates
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and written skills
• Knowledge of compliance issues
• Knowledge of employment law
• Proficient in internet/computer skills
• Travel may be required
• Business development experience with securing new client accounts
• Experience in aerospace/aviation industry
