Responsibilties





Guest Interaction: Greet and seat guests, present menus, answer menu questions, and offer recommendations.

Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders, communicate them to the kitchen (often via POS system), and deliver orders to tables.

Service & Satisfaction: Serve food and beverages, check in with customers for satisfaction, refill drinks, and handle complaints professionally.

Table Maintenance: Clear dirty dishes, clean tables, and reset them for new guests.

Payment Processing: Prepare and present bills, process payments, and handle cash/card transactions.

Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
