Village Manager | Remote Mining Villages | 8/6 Or 2/1 Fifo

About the Role

ISS Facility Services is recruiting FIFO Village Managers to run remote mining villages as part of its growing Energy and Resources business in Australia. The roles fly in and out from Perth, Adelaide or Brisbane, with 9/5, 8/6 and 2/1 roster options. As Village Manager you are responsible for the whole village operation, from catering and housekeeping to facilities, administration and mine site cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee catering, housekeeping, facilities maintenance, administration and site cleaning services


• Lead large, multi skilled teams and coach the next generation of leaders


• Manage budgets, costs and workforce planning


• Build strong relationships with the client and site stakeholders


• Keep services compliant with the contract and on track against performance targets

About You

• At least three years managing mining villages, camps, resorts or hotels


• A track record of leading teams of 50 or more people


• Sound commercial and financial skills


• Unrestricted Australian work rights


• Standard 11, Food Safety Supervisor, Senior First Aid, RMLV, a police clearance or a Coal Board Medical are all desirable
