Shift Supervisor

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

Coordinating production through supervision of staff, time keeping and proper operation of all equipment;
First line support for engineering breakdowns, generating work orders and maintaining plant standards;
Manage daily plant efficiencies, inspections, checklists;
Ensure quality feed production;
Commit and comply to the requirements of ISO, HACCP, 20 Keys and any other company management systems.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of Grade 12;
At least 3 years in the feed industry wit
