Barman (banqueting) — Fancourt

The following requirements apply:

Grade 12 or equivalent;
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Barman/Bartender in a 4-star or 5-star establishment;
Sound knowledge of cocktails and liquors;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
A friendly, professional and guest-focused approach;
Good numerical and organisational skills.
Bar skills training and working knowledge of a Point-of-Sale (POS) system will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
The Barman will be responsible for providing efficient and professional bar service while maintaining the highest standar
