Senior Product Manager

Job Description:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Rezilient’s member experience
• Translate leadership, clinical, customer, and data input into a prioritized roadmap with defined outcomes
• Communicate roadmap decisions and tradeoffs to executives and front-line care teams
• Ensure products meet HIPAA, security, and healthcare regulatory requirements
• Lead product discovery with members and internal stakeholders
• Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with Design on user flows, prototypes, and usability testing
• Partner with Engineering to plan sprints, manage the backlog, and keep delivery on track
• Work with Product Operations and QA to ensure releases are tested, documented, and ready
• Own launch planning with Clinical Operations, Customer Success, and Implementation
• Define and track product KPIs for member activation, engagement, utilization, and app store reviews
• Use analytics, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities and measure impact
• Share product updates and insights with leadership and cross-functional partners
• Share frameworks, templates, and best practices to scale product practice

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product or product area from discovery through launch and iteration
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or consumer health industry
• Shipped and scaled at least one consumer mobile health, wellness, or fitness app with a large active user base
• Experience building AI or machine learning features into a product
• Fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools, with judgment about when human research and review remain necessary
• Strong skills in writing requirements, prioritizing a backlog, and working day to day with engineering and design teams
• Data-driven approach, with comfort defining success metrics and using analytics
• Sound judgment and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, and healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR
• Experience with employer benefits, health plans, or B2B2C healthcare models
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, and product analytics platforms
