Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst

The Senior Accounts Receivable and Collections Analyst will manage outstanding balances across multiple revenue streams, including invoice adjustments, reconciliations, and cash application. This role will lead collections efforts, negotiate payment arrangements, resolve disputes, and escalate high-risk delinquent accounts. The analyst will develop AR aging reports, dashboards, and KPIs while providing actionable insights and financial reporting to leadership. They will also support cross-functional initiatives focused on resolving systemic issues, improving automation and reporting accuracy, and advancing finance systems.
