Physical Therapist, Telehealth – PRN

Job Description:

• Conduct telehealth evaluations and treatment sessions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as appropriate
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state regulations and professional standards
• Provide telehealth rehabilitation services on a PRN basis

Requirements:

• Candidate must be based in Medford, OR
• Active PT license in Oregon required
• Must be licensed in OR + WA
• Additional licensure in Washington, Idaho, and/or Montana preferred
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred
• Telehealth experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
