Enterprise Vendor Services Manager

The Enterprise Vendor Services Manager oversees vendor relationships and service delivery for enterprise clients, ensuring third-party programs meet contractual, operational, and compliance expectations. This role coordinates vendor onboarding, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management across internal and external stakeholders. The position also identifies process improvements, supports renewals and escalations, and helps strengthen Ncontracts’ vendor risk management services.
