Lead Cloud Engineer (Azure)

Lead the design and delivery of secure Azure enterprise data platforms using Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and three-plane architecture across development and production environments. Build hybrid connectivity with Google Cloud and provision services including AKS, PostgreSQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Azure Container Registry. Manage identity, access controls, observability, and compliance requirements for healthcare workloads, including PHI protection, encryption, and US data residency. Operate containerized platforms and advanced workloads while driving reliable, scalable cloud engineering practices.
