Customer Reliability Engineer

The Customer Reliability Engineer will help customers deploy, operate, and maintain reliable systems across Andromeda Cluster’s platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring service health, improving performance, and guiding customers through best practices for resilience and scalability. The role will collaborate with engineering and support teams to investigate incidents, automate operational workflows, and turn customer feedback into product improvements.
