Responsibilities





Manage daily operations of the beauty centre.

Supervise and coordinate staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Monitor staff performance, attendance, and conduct.

Manage appointments, complaints, and client enquiries.

Drive sales and client retention.

Monitor stock, equipment, and general facility standards.

Prepare operational and performance reports for Management.





Requirements





Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial/supervisory role in a beauty, spa, salon, or aesthetics business.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Good understanding of beauty/aesthetics operations.

Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional, organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
