Account Placement Specialist

The Account Placement Specialist manages the end-to-end client engagement process, from understanding hiring needs and sourcing suitable candidates to running discovery calls and presenting live matches. This role combines recruiting and consultative sales, requiring quick judgment to assess fit, guide client conversations, and close opportunities while interest is high. Responsibilities also include maintaining a ready candidate bench, coordinating backups, completing post-close compliance, and keeping internal teams aligned on onboarding.
