Workday Extend Consulting Manager

Job Description:

• Own a portfolio of Workday Extend clients, ensuring strategic oversight and consistent delivery excellence
• Develop, mentor, and empower a distributed team of Consultants and Architects
• Partner with Integrations and Product leadership to shape and mature the Extend offering
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, risks, and client communication
• Lead escalation management and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Guide pre-sales strategy and proposal development
• Drive improvements in methodology, tools, processes, and delivery standards
• Represent the Extend team in leadership forums and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
• Demonstrate ownership by connecting day-to-day work to broader business, practice, and ecosystem goals

Requirements:

• Senior-level consulting experience with Workday Extend and Orchestrations and their associated ecosystems
• Proven experience managing and developing remote or distributed consulting teams
• Excellent written and verbal stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to connect day-to-day work to broader business goals and advance strategic outcomes
• Proven track record of client success and practice growth
• Ability to meet travel requirements of up to 5% annually
