Wind Hub Manager – Nebraska 2

Job Description:

• Provide leadership to support a multi-site service hub
• Initiate and support staffing requirements, coaching, training, corrective action, and succession planning for employees and contracted partners
• Own the safety culture within the hub, including contracted partners and customers
• Execute daily Plan of the Day calls, prioritizing and managing a dispatch schedule
• Build long-term customer relationships and meet contractual requirements
• Escalate customer concerns to the Customer Performance Director with priority
• Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and HR to meet deliverables
• Prioritize turbine performance to meet or exceed performance commitments
• Lead facility operations across multiple sites with creative problem solving and a LEAN mindset
• Lead operations within a multi-site service hub, including weekly visits to each site
• Drive safety focus, customer relationship growth, team engagement, and talent development

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years relevant field services experience, including leadership
• Ability and willingness to travel within the hub, which may require overnights
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Technical Certification in Wind Energy or Electrical/Electronic field preferred
• Advanced computer skills using word and spreadsheet processing, e-mail programs, facility control and management systems, and computer diagnostic and troubleshooting tools
• Wind turbine or energy industry experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
