Job Description:

• Meet virtually with working families to educate them on their available benefits
• Build relationships and communicate with clients throughout the enrollment process
• Conduct virtual presentations and consultations
• Help clients understand their options and make informed decisions
• Develop strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development

Requirements:

• Professional and confident communicating with others
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Goal-oriented and motivated by personal growth
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Interested in developing leadership skills
• Enjoys working with people and building relationships
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but it is not required
