Vice President, Enterprise Partnerships – Northeast

Job Description:

• Drive net-new partnerships across the Northeast
• Consultatively build and close relationships with health systems, large physician groups, and ACOs participating in Medicare Value Based Care programs
• Own the full deal lifecycle for enterprise accounts, including sourcing, deal structuring, pricing proposals, contract negotiation, and closing
• Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure timely, strategic closings that meet regional pipeline targets
• Build and execute the Northeast enterprise growth strategy, including targeting methodology, funnel development, and relationship development
• Serve as Pearl's external evangelist in the Northeast and represent Pearl at regional industry events and forums
• Partner cross-functionally to surface regional market trends, shape offerings, build business cases, and progress deal stages
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline, providing real-time deal visibility for forecasting and KPI tracking
• Contribute to regional business strategy and operations in alignment with the Market President's goals

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles
• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and value-based care
• Deep regional expertise in the Northeast provider landscape
• Established healthcare industry network, particularly with large provider groups, hospitals and/or health systems, ACOs, and IPAs
• Proven track record developing and executing large, complex commercial deals with multiple stakeholders across the full sales cycle
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Comfortable engaging confidently with C-suite and physician leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and defend a data-driven business case
• Deep clinical knowledge in quality, outcomes, and population health drivers
