Treasury Analyst

Job Description:

• Oversee daily cash management activities, monitor cash flows, and provide support for global treasury operations
• Help oversee over 30 multinational cash accounts by minimizing foreign currency exposure and maximizing interest income
• Process close to $1.7 billion of payments for thousands of Sellers via Hyperwallet, Payoneer, and Wells Fargo
• Update the database for manual exceptions to current process or platform capabilities
• Execute FX spot trades as needed to minimize FX exposure
• Maintain minimum balances in foreign cash accounts for operating cash outflows and maximize interest on excess funds through appropriate investment instruments
• Assist with financing administration, including the term loan and credit card program
• Assist with the Wells Fargo treasury management system and partner with operating leaders on special implementation projects
• Assist with internal/external audits and maintain compliance with policies
• Partner with the Senior Treasury Analyst to drive operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving business needs and growth initiatives, including insurance administration and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Treasury
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Exceptional ability to analyze financial data and clearly communicate results
• Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with business partners
