Transcription Specialist – Vietnamese

Job Description:

• Review audio files and transcribe spoken content accurately
• Refine transcripts to ensure high-quality data for AI-driven speech recognition and language models
• Transcribe audio recordings into text with high accuracy
• Capture speech exactly as spoken, including pauses, filler words, repetitions, and incomplete sentences
• Add timestamps to match the audio
• Identify and label different speakers in conversations
• Mark non-speech events such as laughter, background noise, or unclear audio
• Meet required quality standards for submitted work

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of and familiarity with spelling conventions in Vietnamese language
• Can be located anywhere, but must be fluent in Vietnam dialect
• Good reading comprehension skills in English
• Stable internet connection
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to review examples and apply rules to the provided data
• Prior experience with transcription
• Prior experience with audio data
• Access to a PC/laptop or an iPad
