Telephonic RN Case Manager - Arizona Residents Only

Insight Global is seeking a Telephonic Insurance Case Manager (RN) to join a growing and well-established organization focused on helping injured employees navigate their recovery and return-to-work journey. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering the flexibility of remote work within Arizona and the chance to make a meaningful impact through clinical case management.
Location: Remote in Arizona (*Candidates within one hour of Scottsdale may be asked to work onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays !!)
Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Salary: $80,000 - $87,000 base, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Full-Time
What You'll Do
- Review and coordinate medical care plans for injured employees
- Ensure treatment plans are medically appropriate, cost-effective, and support timely recovery
- Partner with providers, claims adjusters, employers, and other stakeholders throughout the case management process
- Document case activity and treatment progress
- Support claim resolution and return-to-work initiatives
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona Compact RN License
- California RN License or ability to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of clinical nursing experience
- 3+ years of case management experience
- Knowledge of workers' compensation case management, utilization review, injury management, and return-to-work practices
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, pain management, and behavioral health
- CCM Certification or ability to obtain within the first 6-12 months of employment
