Tech Ops Intern (Web3)

The Tech Ops Intern will support Web3 users and community operations across Telegram, Discord, blockchain infrastructure, and AI-powered support workflows. Responsibilities include troubleshooting nodes, RPC services, chain synchronization, wallets, and on-chain development issues while coordinating resolutions with technical teams. The role also involves building and maintaining Telegram Bots and Mini Apps, documenting solutions, and improving support knowledge bases. Success requires strong Web3 knowledge, programming ability, clear communication, and dependable coordination across global teams.
