Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer acceptance, and onboarding handoff
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms
• Monitor time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, offer acceptance, and sourcing effectiveness
• Partner with hiring leaders on staffing priorities, candidate qualifications, and hiring timelines
• Maintain timely communication, consistent follow-up, and a professional, organized candidate experience
• Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate information, requisition status, and recruiting activity
• Identify pipeline bottlenecks and evaluate sourcing strategies
• Use data to improve recruiting productivity and quality of hire

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), or other ABA professionals highly preferred
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruiting tools
• Ability to track recruiting KPIs, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring goals
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing deadlines
• Proactive approach to building talent pipelines, engaging candidates, and improving recruiting outcomes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
